With over 10 years experience in the sale and investment of commercial properties in the San Francisco Bay Area, Paul has successfully completed transactions involving apartments, offices, mixed-use and land. Prior to joining Alain Pinel Realtors, Paul worked for DEC Investment Group in the acquisition and development of multi-family properties. He started his career as an investment broker in the San Francisco office of Grubb and Ellis Company. Paul is a member of Urban Land Institute.
