Jim brings over eight years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Alain Pinel Realtors, he worked with Marcus & Millichap and Pacific Union. He specializes in the sale of apartment buildings, mixed-use properties and hotels throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. As an investor, he owned several commercial properties in the Bay Area, including an apartment complex which he successfully converted into a tenants-in-common building in 2008. Jim has attended and presented at the Investment Marketing Group.
