He specializes in investment properties including apartment buildings, mixed-use buildings, retail shopping centers, office buildings, and single tenant NNN leased properties. For 16 years Stephen has served as President of the Income Property Marketing Group, the Bay Area's largest networking organization that promotes the sale of commercial and investment properties.
